PCA2012(M)12 This Circular provides revised guidance to NHS Boards and GP Practices on the Influenza and Pneumococcal Directed Enhanced Service. This guidance replaces NHS circular PCA(M)(2012)04.


PCA2012(M)11 This Circular advises Health Boards that the Directions which provide the legal framework for Directed Enhanced Services in Scotland have been revised.


PCA2012(M)08 This circular has been prepared to confirm that funding has been made available to be invested in prescribing activity in the form of a Scottish Prescribing Initiative for 2012/13.


PCA2012(M)07 This circular advises of new "Blue Badge" arrangements which will apply from 1 September 2012 and payment arrangements between Local Authorities and Health Boards, during the transitional period, 1 April 2012 to 31 August 2012.


PCA2012(M)06 This guidance summarises the arrangements for the new Palliative Care Directed Enhanced Service in Scotland which will come into effect from 1 April 2012.

PCA2012(M)03 As has already been announced, there will be a special public holiday for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee on Tuesday 5 June 2012. This circular is to confirm that GP contractors will be entitled to an additional day’s public holiday in 2012.


PCA2012(M)02 This circular is to advise, subject to Parliamentary approval of the Draft Budget 2012-13, funding arrangements for the continuation of the Scottish Enhanced Services Programme for 2012-13.
