ePharmacy Digital Certificate updates due

Monday, August 14, 2017

The renewal of the ePharmacy Verification digital certificate which is used to secure ePharmacy messaging is due by October 2017.  After this date, if the new certificate has not been installed, pharmacies will no longer be able to download new AMS or CMS prescriptions.  Instructions for downloading and automatically deploying the replacement certificate can be found either on the PCR User Association Web Page or by clicking this link on the PMR server PC.

All pharmacies with the exception of Boots, Lloyds and Rowlands branches or users of Clanwilliam Health’s Rx Web system are asked to download the replacement certificate as soon as possible.  If any issues are encountered please contact the ePharmacy Helpdesk, telephone: 0131 275 6600 or email: nss.psdhelp@nhs.net
