Preparing for Collection

When sealing the bag from the new allocation, check that it can be sealed securely and that the bag is not overfilled. We find that it is better to use 2 bags rather than using 1 bag so that it doesn't burst open.

Remember that if you are using more than 1 bag to put a note inside both bags stating that this is 1 of 2 bags or 2 of 2 bags. If you forget you can always write this information on the front of the courier bag.

If you are using more than 1 bag for your collection, please copy the details from both bag labels. This information is very important if we need to track your prescriptions.
